Requirements: • minimum university education obtained through bachelor's degree program • knowledge of PC work (Word, Excel, Outlook) • work dedication, reliability, independence, responsibility General legal awareness and knowledge of administrative procedure is an advantage The position primarily involves the following activities: • Assessment and decision-making on applications for permission to register or delete property rights in the cadastre, including communication with parties to proceedings or state administration bodies, such as courts, tax offices, building authorities, etc. • Verification of the correct amount of administrative fee for submission of an application to initiate proceedings regarding permission to register rights. • Verification of material correctness in updating and payment of future status of property rights registration in the land cadastre. • Assessment of documents and verification of material correctness in updating and payment of future status of other types of cadastral entries. • Performance of other similar activities as instructed by supervisors.
