Employment duration – for the period of maternity/parental leave of a state employee. We require: • minimum university education obtained through a bachelor's degree program • knowledge of PC work (Word, Excel, Outlook) • work commitment, reliability, independence, responsibility General legal awareness and knowledge of administrative code are an advantage. The following activities are performed at this position: • Assessment and decision-making on proposals for permission to register or delete rights to real estate in the Land Register, including negotiations with participants in the proceedings or with state administration bodies, e.g. courts, tax offices, building authorities, etc. • Verification of the correctness of the administrative fee amount for submitting a proposal to initiate proceedings for permission to register. • Control of the factual correctness of updating and fulfilling the future status of registration of rights to the land register. • Assessment of documents and control of the factual correctness of updating and fulfilling the future status of other types of entries to the land register. • Performance of other similar activities as instructed by supervisors.
