Are you an experienced leader with a strong ability to drive engagement around quality matters? We are now looking for a Quality Manager who wants to take our quality function to the next level. At Amcor, we are proud suppliers of injection-molded food-approved packaging and our high-volume production runs around the clock every day of the week. The goal of your work is to build a strong quality culture where all employees understand the purpose of systematic and structured quality work and where each individual is motivated to take personal responsibility for improvements. Your responsibilities include quality systems, audits, laboratory operations, and customer quality. You will lead a team of four employees and work in close collaboration with all parts of the operation, especially with production, engineering, and maintenance. A selection of your tasks: Ensure compliance with requirements for food-approved packaging (for example BRCGS Packaging, GMP, ISO standards, and local regulations). Drive continuous improvements in quality, reduced waste, and increased process stability. Lead internal and external audits, including customer and certification audits. Handle customer complaints, conduct root cause analyses, and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Responsible for change management, deviation management, and product release processes. Monitor, analyze, and report quality KPIs. Ensure that all quality-related training, documentation, and regulatory requirements are updated and implemented. In your daily work, you collaborate with global and regional quality functions to implement standards, harmonize processes, and support group initiatives. You report to both the site manager and relevant global/regional quality management. Your Profile We are looking for someone with several years of experience in quality management within the manufacturing industry. Through your work, you have acquired a good understanding of quality management systems, standards, and audits, and you can provide concrete examples of how you approach and analyze process data, drive root cause analyses (e.g., 8D, PDCA, Six Sigma), and lead structured improvement work. You ideally have an engineering degree in technology, quality management, materials science, chemistry, or similar technical field as a foundation. Furthermore, you are comfortable in an international environment and master both Swedish and English fluently in speech and writing.
