TitanX Engine Cooling AB is a world-leading supplier of cooling systems for heavy-duty vehicles. We develop and manufacture advanced products where quality, innovation, and reliability are critical. We are now seeking a Quality Engineer who wants to contribute to developing our methods, strengthening our processes, and driving our continued quality work forward.
About the role
As a Quality Engineer, you play a central role in developing and ensuring quality in our manufacturing. You work closely with production, process development, project management, and other support functions to create stable, efficient, and capable processes.
You analyze quality results, identify root causes, and drive improvements that strengthen process performance and reduce quality cost losses. The role also involves serving as qualified support to the organization on quality-related matters, training in quality methods and statistical tools, and contributing your expertise in development projects together with R&D. As a natural partner to production, you actively participate in daily continuous improvement activities and contribute to a culture where quality is an integral part of operations.
In this role, you will, among other things:
drive and develop quality assurance in production
analyze quality deviations and lead root cause analyses
support production, projects, and R&D on quality matters
train and coach the organization in quality methods
establish and develop quality control documents
drive improvement initiatives that strengthen quality and process capability
You will be part of the quality department and report to the Quality & Operational Excellence Manager.
Your profile
We see that you have an engineering degree or equivalent education in quality or quality management, as well as experience with quality work in manufacturing, preferably from the automotive industry. You have good knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or equivalent, and are experienced in working with quality tools and methods such as SPC, FMEA, MSA, 8D, and Lean. If you also have experience with ISO 14001 and 45001, that is a plus.
As a person, you are analytical, structured, and solution-oriented. You have a data-driven approach and enjoy identifying improvement opportunities, driving change, and translating analyses into concrete results. You collaborate easily across functions, build trust through a humble working style, and feel comfortable guiding and training others in quality matters. Because the role involves many contact points, you communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
