Do you want a key role in further developing, leading and improving quality management systems in a prosperous and growing business where quality, safety and continuous improvement are in focus? We are now looking for a dedicated and experienced QMS Specialist who wants to help ensure that Skruf Snus products maintain the highest quality. Your Assignment As a Quality Management System Specialist, you have a central role in ensuring and further developing Skruf Snus's quality management system. You work closely with production, support functions and management with the aim of driving improvement initiatives related to quality, regulatory compliance and safety. The role combines strategic work with operational efforts and involves considerable freedom with responsibility. Examples of work tasks: Establish, maintain and further develop quality management systems (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Plan, conduct and follow up internal audits and support external and regulatory audits Ensure compliance with internal requirements and external regulations through risk assessments and trend analyses (e.g. FDA, EMA, ISO) Ensure correct lifecycle management and development of quality documents (e.g. Quality Manual, SOPs and work instructions) Administer and further develop eQMS and support the organization in its use Work with deviations, CAPA and root cause analyses Follow up quality KPIs, contribute to training initiatives and maintain a high level of safety and quality in the business Your Profile We are looking for someone with experience working with quality management systems and who thrives in a role where structure, analysis and improvement work are in focus. You find it easy to collaborate with different functions, are communicative and confident in driving issues independently. Requirements: Experience working with quality management systems Understanding of international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 Good experience with eQMS tools and document management Strong analytical ability and experience with root cause analyses (e.g. 5-why, Fishbone, DMAIC) Speak and write Swedish fluently and have good English skills Meritorious: Relevant higher education or university degree Training in Lean, Six Sigma or improvement work Experience with audits, CAPA management and regulatory environments Previous experience from industrial or manufacturing environment ISO 45001 What We Offer At Skruf Snus you get a varied role where you make a difference, both in the factory and for our customers.
