Python Developer - Network and Automation

About the Assignment In this role, you'll work at the intersection of Python development, network technology, and automation. You'll primarily develop and maintain scripts used to prepare, execute, and verify migrations in network environments. This is an opportunity for you if you enjoy problem-solving and want to understand both the code and the technical environment where the solutions are applied. Your Responsibilities Your main focus will be maintaining existing scripts and developing new solutions that simplify and ensure quality in migration work. Your tasks will include: Developing and maintaining scripts in Python Working with scripts that retrieve and compare information from network nodes Developing and using control scripts, such as PING utilities Verifying that network nodes are installed correctly Working with VLAN-related scripts Working with Migghub, a comprehensive check script for configuration and information verification Retrieving information from NSO, Network Services Orchestrator When needed, working in production environments related to migrations This role is ideal for you if you want to combine programming with networking while gaining practical understanding of how automation is used in a technical production environment. Qualifications Python knowledge Knowledge of network technology Knowledge of IT security Relevant education in networking, IT security, or equivalent expertise Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with others Above all, we believe you have a genuine technical interest and enjoy understanding how different parts of a technical environment work together.
