We are currently looking for hourly substitutes for our wonderful preschools in Bromma and Hässelby. About the Role As an hourly substitute at Pysslingen Preschools, you will work in child groups with children ages 1-5. The need may apply both as a replacement for shorter absences with the possibility of longer substitute positions if needed. This means an opportunity for flexible work where your availability determines your schedule. Your tasks will include conducting activities both indoors and extensively outdoors, as well as assisting regular educators with practical duties. If hired as an hourly substitute, you must be able to step in as a substitute on short notice when regular staff are absent. This requires that you are responsible and have great flexibility, as the work involves quickly adapting to new environments. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language and should find it easy to both collaborate and work independently within a team, and you have the ability to contribute to a well-functioning operation together with your colleagues. We Are Looking for You If You Have a high school diploma or other education that the employer considers equivalent Have good collaboration skills Believe that every interaction is important Are curious and engaged in learning Want to learn together with the children Are attentive and respectful Keep the mission and the children in focus It is advantageous if you have a child care assistant diploma and/or previous experience working in a preschool.
