Pysslingen Preschools in Huddinge Seeking Committed Hourly Substitutes

We are currently looking for hourly substitutes for our wonderful preschools in Huddinge. Do you enjoy having fun at work, like working flexibly, and are interested in working with children ages 1-5? Don't hesitate to send us your application! About the Role Pysslingen Preschools, area 9, consists of three preschools of varying sizes located in different parts of Huddinge. Myrängens Preschool is located in Myrängen and has four departments, two for younger children and two for older children. Solängens Preschool is located near Kvarnbergsplan in central Huddinge and has eight departments (seven currently open), four for younger children and four for older children. Vårängens Preschool is located in Flemingsberg, behind Huddinge Hospital, and has two departments, one for younger children and one for older children. As an hourly substitute at Pysslingen Preschools, you will work with groups of children ages 1-5. The need may be for both short-term coverage with the possibility of longer substitute positions if needed. This offers flexible work where your availability determines your schedule. Your tasks will include conducting activities both indoors and frequently outdoors, as well as assisting regular educators with practical tasks. If hired as an hourly substitute, you must be able to step in as a substitute on short notice when regular staff are absent. This requires you to be responsible and highly flexible, as the work involves quickly adapting to new environments. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language and should be comfortable both collaborating and working independently within a team, and have the ability to work with your colleagues to contribute to a well-functioning operation. We're Looking for You if You: - Have completed upper secondary school or other education the employer deems equivalent - Have good collaboration skills - Believe every interaction is meaningful - Are curious and collaborative in exploration - Want to learn together with the children - Are attentive and respectful - Keep the task and the children in focus It is a merit if you have a degree as a childcare worker and/or previous experience working in preschool.
