We are currently looking for hourly substitute teachers at our wonderful preschools in Ekerö. At Lövhagen, we immerse ourselves in cultivation and harvesting from seed to plant, while at Sandudden we add movement and joy to everyday activities through outdoor education, outdoor cooking, and fun activities together throughout the preschool. You can easily reach both Lövhagen in Stenhamra and Sandudden by bus directly from Brommaplan without transfers. As an hourly substitute teacher at Pysslingen Preschools, you'll work in child groups with children ages 1-5. The need may include both short-term replacements with the possibility of longer substitute assignments if needed. This means you have the opportunity for flexible work where your availability determines your schedule. Your responsibilities include carrying out activities both indoors and extensively outdoors, as well as assisting the regular educators with practical tasks. If hired as an hourly substitute teacher, you must be able to step in with short notice to cover for absent regular staff. Therefore, we require that you are responsible and have great flexibility, as the work involves quickly adapting to new environments. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language and should be comfortable both collaborating and working independently within a team, and have the ability to contribute with your colleagues to a well-functioning operation. We Are Looking for You If You Have a high school diploma or other education that the employer deems equivalent Have good collaboration skills Believe that every interaction is meaningful Are curious and a co-explorer Want to learn together with the children Are attentive and respectful Keep the task and the children in focus It is an advantage if you have a qualification as a childcare assistant and/or previous experience working in a preschool.
