Press Operators Wanted Are you technically minded, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a production environment? We are now seeking engaged press operators who want to become an important part of our team. About the Position As a press operator, you are responsible for setting up, monitoring, and running our press machines to ensure efficient and high-quality production. You work according to established production targets and quality requirements while contributing to continuous improvements in our operations. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate press machines according to production orders. Monitor production and ensure high quality of manufactured products. Perform quality inspections and document results. Troubleshoot and resolve minor operational issues. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines. Follow safety regulations and work procedures. What We're Looking For Experience working in industry or production, preferably as a press operator. Technical understanding and interest in machinery. Quality-conscious, responsible, and detail-oriented. Strong collaboration skills but also capable of working independently. Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. Desirable Qualifications Experience with stamping, pressing, or other metalworking. Forklift and/or overhead crane certification. Knowledge of blueprint reading and measurement techniques.
