We are seeking an experienced and independent upholsterer for our workshop in Majorna/Gothenburg. The business has been established for 40 years and we now see the need for an additional upholsterer. If you do not have the experience and training specified in the job posting, you should not apply. We will not respond to applications that do not meet the requirements. PTV has workshops in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, and Mölndal. Our current team in Majorna/Gothenburg is from Sweden, Germany, France, and the USA, so strong English language skills are also a requirement. If you have operated your own upholstery workshop, we see that as a significant plus and an important qualification. We are looking for someone with a strong interest and knowledge of Scandinavian furniture from the 1900s. Particularly from Bruno Mathsson, DUX, Swedese, Fritz Hansen, Getama, etc. This position is being recruited for on an ongoing basis and will be filled in the near future. 6 months probation period which will then transition to a permanent position if all parties agree. A Class B driver's license is a merit but not a requirement.
