PT Manager – Premium Hälsan Landvetter Are you passionate about fitness, sales, and leadership? Do you want to develop the PT business while coaching other personal trainers? Then this role could be for you. As PT Manager at Premium Hälsan, you'll play a key role in driving and developing our PT business. You'll combine your own PT work with responsibility for the team, sales, and customer experience. The position is located at our facility in Landvetter. The Role You will, among other things: • Manage and develop the PT business. • Support, coach, and follow up with our PTs. • Drive PT sales and work toward clear targets. • Build and develop your own client base. • Contribute to high quality and a strong customer experience. • Be a role model and create energy and fitness enthusiasm. We're Looking for Someone Who • Has a valid PT license and experience as a personal trainer. • Is passionate about fitness, people, and sales. • Is confident coaching and motivating others. • Is self-driven, organized, and responsible. • Enjoys working toward goals and results. • Has experience in leadership or sales in the fitness industry (a plus). • Can work daytime, evenings, and every other weekend.
