The Psychiatric Clinic is responsible for providing services in open psychiatric specialty care that promote health and improve quality of life. The psychiatric outpatient service in northern Hälsingland operates from a central clinic in Hudiksvall. Branch services in Bergsjö and Ljusdal provide specialist psychiatric services to patients with long-term conditions and low functional levels, such as psychosis-related issues. The clinic has psychologist staff with diverse expertise, including both trainee psychologists (PTP) and psychologists with many years of specialist psychiatric experience. The workplace has CBT, CPT, and PDT competencies and provides supervision in both methodology and case management. The clinic also has a DBT team, ERGT expertise, AFT, and therapeutic competency in trauma treatment such as EMDR and Prolonged Exposure. 2 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES You will work in a team consisting of physicians, psychologists, nurses, social workers, care assistants, rehabilitation coordinator, and medical secretaries. Your work involves collaboration with other units within the clinic such as the ward, acute team, and SPOT, as well as close cooperation with other public organizations. You will also participate in the organization's development work. You are interested in development and improvement work and confident in your professional role, with the ability to interact with people in a professional and empathetic manner. In your role as a psychologist with us, you should • be a licensed psychologist • have at least three years of professional experience in order to supervise trainee psychologists (PTP) or other staff • have an interest in participating in the clinic's development work. For this position, it is advantageous if you have experience working in specialist psychiatry and structured diagnostics as well as neuropsychiatric competency.
