About the workplace At Outpatient Clinic 2, we work at the specialist psychiatric level with assessment, evaluation, and treatment for patients with affective disorders, anxiety syndromes, PTSD, and personality disorders. We have an established bipolar program, a cross-clinic DBT team, and an OCD team. We are a large clinic and work takes place in an interdisciplinary manner as well as together with psychologist colleagues. At the clinic, psychologists, psychotherapists, social workers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nurses, nursing assistants, physicians, and secretaries work together. The Psychiatry area encompasses both outpatient and inpatient care and assists patients in Jämtland County in need of specialist psychiatry. In total, the area has approximately 270 employees. Within the psychiatric clinic in Östersund, all specialist care is housed under one roof, which provides opportunities for close collaboration within and between professions and internal mobility with opportunities for personal development as an employee. The clinic collaborates with MIUN's psychology program, which involves the participation of psychology students and psychology assistants in patient work. We also have PTP psychologists employed at the clinic. Development and Career Paths for Psychologists Long-term competence development of psychologists is a priority for our operations. Within adult psychiatry, we have nurtured and developed each step of the clinical career path, from PTP to specialist with management responsibility, so that we can offer complete career paths from breadth to specialization. WORK TASKS In your role, in addition to basic clinical work, you will have tasks that may include: Plan and conduct psychological assessment, evaluation, counseling, and treatment, including in complex cases. Support colleagues in matters. Contribute a psychological perspective and knowledge in collaboration with other professions and the organization as a whole. Contribute to evaluation and development of operations and clinical processes. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist. Merits: Specialist psychologist with a focus on clinical psychology or psychological treatment. Research experience. We place great emphasis on personal suitability in our recruitment.
