We are expanding our psychosocial team and are looking for someone who wants to be part of developing the future of primary care in mental health. You will become part of a larger context where several psychologists work in this field, which provides close access to experience sharing and collegial support. The health center is one of Örebro's newest and most modern health centers, centrally located in Ladugårdsängen. Since its start in 2011, the operation has grown into a stable and well-functioning unit with high accessibility and good patient care at the forefront. This position is temporary (50%), but there is also an opportunity for a permanent employment. Responsibilities As a psychologist with us, you work with patients with mild to moderate mental health issues, psychosocial problems, and crisis reactions. Your responsibilities include assessment and diagnosis, as well as psychoeducational interventions and psychotherapeutic treatment. You meet patients both individually and in groups, through physical visits and digital contacts, including phone counseling and internet-based CBT. As part of the psychosocial team, you actively participate in development work and collaborate both locally and with other units within the organization. We offer flexible work arrangements where parts of the work can be performed remotely with digital patient visits and administrative tasks from home by agreement. The team also includes a case worker, psychologist, consulting psychologist, and rehabilitation coordinator. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist with a CBT focus. To thrive with us, you work in a structured and evidence-based manner, are independent, committed, have good collaboration skills, and enjoy development work. It is important that you are unpretentious, curious about learning new things, and see constructive feedback as a natural part of daily work for your own and others' development. We see it as an advantage if you have an interest/experience in working with group interventions and digital solutions. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
