The Role As a psychologist with us, you work together with specialist physicians on assessment, evaluation, and treatment of children, adolescents, and adults. The emphasis of the position is on neuropsychiatric assessments of children and adolescents, but the role also includes evaluations of adult patients. In addition to assessment, psychological treatment of various patient groups is included. The scope is determined by the needs of the operations. The work includes, among other things: • Conducting neuropsychiatric assessments according to national guidelines and regional care programs • Psychiatric diagnosis and differential diagnostic considerations • Interviews with patients, relatives, schools, and other relevant informants • Presentation of assessment results and recommendations • Collaboration with physicians, medical secretaries, and other professionals • Record keeping, expert report writing, and high-quality documentation • In addition to neuropsychiatric assessments, psychological treatment is included where there is an opportunity to work with different patient groups. The scope is determined by the operational needs in dialogue with the unit manager. About You We are looking for someone who is a licensed psychologist and who thrives in a private, business-driven healthcare operation where high clinical quality, patient benefit, and financial sustainability go hand in hand. Requirement Profile: • Licensed psychologist • Have at least 1 year of experience with neuropsychiatric assessments of children and young people • Have good knowledge of ADHD, Autism, ID, and psychiatric differential diagnosis • Feel confident in your professional role and work independently • Have a structured work approach and good administrative skills • Are unpretentious and contribute to a good collaborative climate • Are flexible and can work with both assessment and psychological treatment Meritorious • Specialist psychologist in neuropsychology or clinical psychology • Experience from child and adolescent psychiatry • Experience from adult psychiatry • Experience with evidence-based psychological treatment What We Offer At Aleris, you have the opportunity to work in an operation with high expertise and great commitment.
