Together, these units strive to provide good and accessible care. The Psychiatric Clinic has approximately 250 employees. Here, both outpatient and inpatient care as well as psychiatric compulsory care are provided. We have two general psychiatric care units and one addiction treatment unit. Outpatient care includes two adult receptions, a reception for young adults, an addiction reception, an on-call and assessment unit, and other specialized outpatient units. DUTIES As a psychologist with us, you contribute knowledge and commitment that makes people feel secure. You are a present and warm person who, with your expertise and engagement, contributes to a holistic perspective that improves and strengthens the care process. You enjoy collaborating and being there for other people. You will be part of multiprofessional teams that, in addition to psychologists, include physicians, nurses, social workers, occupational therapists, nursing assistants, and medical secretaries. You work independently but also in collaboration with both internal and external partners. Our work is in constant development and requires the ability to adapt the organization's work methods based on the individual's circumstances. Supervision is offered continuously. At Reception 1, we have patients aged 25 and above with varying issues within specialized psychiatry's mandate. The work duties are varied with a primary focus on assessment, evaluation, and talk therapy. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is a licensed psychologist. Experience in specialist psychiatry and neuropsychiatric assessment is a merit. Additional advanced education is a merit. You have excellent command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Collaboration skills and flexibility are valuable qualities. Interest in development work is also important. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. A driver's license is a merit.
