About the Organization
Moment Psychology in Malmö is a psychology and psychiatry practice that operates within the healthcare choice psychotherapy program on behalf of Region Skåne. We also provide privately and insurance-financed care. The practice is located in a representative office in central Malmö at Storgatan 5.

About the Position
In this role, you will work clinically with counseling and treatment of adults at the primary care level. Patients have mild to moderate mental health issues and come by referral from health centers. It is a merit if you also have experience and can work with children and young people. You will be part of a team with several other skilled and pleasant psychologists.
At Moment, there is a high degree of structure and well-functioning work routines. We evaluate our treatments systematically and have 10 years of excellent quality evaluations.
Who Are You?
You are a psychologist with training in clinical psychology/psychotherapy. We are looking for someone with at least basic CBT training. You work evidence-based and have solid knowledge of learning psychology and behavioral analysis, and you work independently and in a structured manner.
You are driven by helping people feel better and achieve sustainable results by thoughtfully translating your specialist knowledge into practical advice and interventions.
As a person, you have a positive attitude, are confident in your role, and can be both task-oriented and relationship-oriented. You appreciate and contribute to a good work environment and continuous development of the practice. You are accustomed to working efficiently—always with clients' best interests in focus. You are unpretentious, generous, and engaged.
