We have just over 7,100 registered patients and the number is growing steadily. The health center has excellent commuting options with Kungälv's travel center right next to the E6 highway. We work closely with Rehab, with whom we share premises. Please read more about the benefits and perks we offer at Närhälsan: Link to our website About the Position Your main responsibilities consist of assessing and treating mental health and behavior-related illness based on primary care's mission. The focus is on preventive and early interventions, based on common reasons for seeking care at a health center. You work based on the needs of the registered population with physical individual visits and digital care meetings. We also want to be able to offer group treatments. We work from a primary care-oriented approach, where work includes high accessibility, stepwise/stratified care, and collaboration with other professionals and care partners. It is important that you have an interest in working with a primary care orientation, which means prioritizing high accessibility for all residents with mental health and behavior-related illness. Interventions range from psychoeducation and self-care advice, to guided treatment with literature or internet-based treatment, to group treatment or individual treatment interventions. To meet the needs of the entire patient population, the ability to vary method and scope of treatment interventions is required. You and your colleagues, together with the manager, are responsible for the health center's development in ongoing improvement work. Supervision of psychology candidates or PTP-psychologists may be relevant. About You You are a licensed psychologist, preferably with CBT Level 1 competence, though other specializations are of course possible. It is meritorious if you have experience from the following: Work as a psychologist at regional primary care level Stepwise/stratified care Internet-based psychological treatment Group treatment We are looking for someone who is attentive and accommodating, with good communication skills and the ability to identify individuals' unique needs. Through initiative and active commitment, you want to participate in the development of the operation and contribute as a consultative resource in the daily interdisciplinary collaboration at the health center.
