We have close collaboration with other health centers in the Örebro East area and currently have about 70 employees who together bring broad expertise. As a psychiatric nurse/nurse with us, you will be part of the health center's psychosocial team together with social workers and a psychologist. You are also part of the nursing group and work closely with other professional disciplines at the health center. Duties Your duties include telephone counseling linked to the psychosocial team, simple medication follow-ups, group treatments, assessments, and individual support conversations. This is a newly created position, which means you have the opportunity to help shape and develop working methods and collaboration within the team. The position also includes telephone counseling as a nurse. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a psychiatric nurse or a licensed nurse with an interest in psychiatry and mental health. You are independent, organized, and confident in your professional role. You have good communication skills, collaborate easily, and enjoy working in a team. You have a genuine interest in patient work and want to contribute to the development of the organization, work group, and yourself. We would like to see that you have an interest in monitoring developments and development work in the field of mental health. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
