Specialist Psychiatric Care Team (SPOT) in Sollefteå/Kramfors has 17 employees and is part of the County Healthcare Area Psychiatry-Habilitation. SPOT is in an exciting development phase and strives to develop our working methods to improve care quality for our citizens. We are looking for someone who enjoys varied and developmental tasks and has a genuine interest in working with psychiatric patients. Now we are looking for a psychiatric nurse who wants to be part of our wonderful team in Sollefteå! The position is a permanent employment, full-time, with start date by agreement. Responsibilities In your role as a nurse, you will meet patients who need acute and intensive support. You work independently and are responsible for providing good quality treatment and psychiatric care. We offer support through home visits, clinic visits, and more. You participate in rounds and various meetings with care colleagues. Collaboration takes place internally within your team, with LARO in Sundsvall and the open care clinics in Sollefteå and Kramfors. Externally, collaboration mainly occurs with social services, but also with other authorities such as the employment agency, social insurance agency, and others. As a nurse at the clinic, you will perform: Routine tasks such as medication management, blood draws Support and motivational conversations Medication adjustments Checks, assessments, and evaluations Responsibility for patient care and follow-up during medication initiation as well as your own care documentation. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Is a licensed psychiatric nurse Has some form of advanced education in talk therapy such as MI, CBT, DBT, or equivalent Has good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Holds a B-category driver's license It is advantageous if you: Have further education in psychiatry Have previous experience working in specialist psychiatry Have experience working with people who have mental health issues, substance use disorders, and comorbidities To succeed in this role, we believe you have these personal qualities: It is important that you work well with others by listening and communicating constructively and have good interpersonal skills.
