We require: - Communication skills and ability to work in a team - Stress resilience, capacity for self-reflection - Flexibility, attention to detail, independence, reliability - Computer literacy - Motivation for self-improvement and continuous learning - Experience in direct client work is an advantage - We require a criminal record extract (not older than 3 months) Recognition of prior experience is contingent on the number of years worked in the field with previous employers.
