Addressing clients' psychological issues using various methods, such as psychodiagnostics, individual consultations, observation, etc. Providing support and consultations to persons related to clients (children, parents). Preparing psychological assessment reports at the request of the Child Welfare Board. Participating in the interrogation of minors (victims, witnesses, or suspects), representing the client's/child's interests. Participating in Child Welfare Board meetings and court proceedings. Complying with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia, performing work in accordance with professional ethics and confidentiality requirements. Adhering to the Child Welfare Board's principles of operation, maintaining a neutral position as a professional institution providing its assessments. Performing contact person duties following a court decision or judgment to restore a child's contact with one of the parents or grandparents. Conducting psychological assessments of individuals at the Child Welfare Board's request. Processing and analyzing the results of psychological assessments. Position requirements and necessary knowledge: Higher education in psychology with a clinical psychologist qualification. Three years of professional experience in psychological work. Experience in recognizing possible emotional and physical abuse directed at clients. Experience in preparing assessments. Excellent computer and office equipment skills (MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook). Skills in using specially developed assessment methodologies, such as tests, questionnaires, surveys. Understanding and knowledge of fulfilling job responsibilities in accordance with regulatory requirements. State language proficiency at an advanced level. Impeccable reputation. Ability to work in high-intensity conditions and high stress tolerance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to plan work time and set priorities.
