Description:
• Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with adolescents living in the children's socialization center in Gruzdžiai, Šiauliai district; • Conduct psychological assessment and diagnosis, evaluating individual child or adolescent needs; • Based on assessment results, select and apply effective psychotherapeutic counseling methods; • Develop and implement individual psychotherapeutic assistance and intervention plans; • Collaborate with project and children's socialization center staff, and when necessary with child psychiatrists and other institutional staff, parents or other legal representatives of the child, providing recommendations regarding meeting individual needs, improving service organization, and addressing the child's psychological problems; • Prepare and complete other documentation related to child counseling.
