Monitoring product availability timelines, allocating goods, ensuring timely demand fulfillment through communication with factories and customers 5. Collaborating with IT team to ensure smooth operation of supply chain management systems 6. Coordinating and controlling production plans with the parent company 7. Monitoring arrival of sea shipments, identifying possible delays 8. Updating inventory records 9. Preparing and reporting weekly inventory reports for Sales and Admin teams Fluent Chinese communication is required for reporting to the parent company and others in the group. We prefer candidates with at least higher vocational education in economics.
