JENSEN komvux (distance education) is now seeking responsible individuals who want to help during our exam sessions. This job is perfect for you if you are reliable and stable and have the ability to step in on short notice at our locations in Stockholm. Job Responsibilities As an exam proctor, you will supervise a room with students for several hours, and you are expected to both assist and intervene if a student were to cheat during the exam. You will need to play an audio file for listening comprehension, and when applicable, read instructions aloud to students. You will also handle confidential exams. Qualifications You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and are familiar with handling confidential exams according to the National School Board's guidelines. As a person, you are calm and stable, and you treat people in a friendly and respectful manner. You take responsibility for your tasks and have the ability to speak up when needed. It is a merit to have completed upper secondary education but not a requirement. It is a plus if you speak multiple languages. Note that you need to be able to work on weekdays and that you must honor the working hours of the shifts you have signed up for. Terms The employment is an on-call hourly position, meaning you work by the hour. The hourly wage is individual based on experience and competence. Start date by agreement.
