E-Commerce Operations Manager

Description:

We are looking for a colleague who will have a direct impact on the daily functioning and further development of our online store. Your task will be to manage and optimize e-shop operations as a whole—improving internal processes, working with product information, editing and expanding content, identifying weak points in logistics and transportation, and proposing concrete solutions that will increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate interactions between different parts of operations, collaborate with other departments, and actively contribute to ensuring the system runs quickly, clearly, and without unnecessary errors. The role also includes managing customer communication—overseeing incoming emails, chat, and telephone requests, handling orders, complaints, and non-standard situations that require independent decision-making and the ability to see things in broader context; this is not active sales, but professional and systematic management of all requests directed to the company. An important part of the position is involvement in the development and implementation of AI tools, setting up workflows, and gradually automating routine processes with the goal of increasing e-shop performance and scalability. We are looking for someone who thinks in terms of processes, values order in systems, is not afraid of responsibility, can handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and wants to have a real impact on how the e-shop operates and grows; e-commerce experience is an advantage, but the key qualities are independence, systematicity, technical thinking, and a desire to move things forward.
