Operations and Technical Worker

Jihostroj a.s. is seeking a team member for the position of Operations and Technical Worker. We offer work in mechanical engineering manufacturing, where you will utilize technical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate activities across production facilities. In this role, you will support smooth production operations, work with manufacturing documentation, and participate in monitoring the fulfillment of operational plans. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES • Creating, modifying, and closing production orders (VO) in accordance with production plans and their archiving • Basic orientation in manufacturing documentation, particularly in technological procedures, production part lists, etc. • Coordinating activities of individual production departments and workshops • Monitoring and controlling the fulfillment of operational plans in mechanical engineering production • Collaboration with related company departments • Working with internal systems, documentation, and manufacturing records • Resolving operational tasks according to supervisor instructions • Supporting smooth production flow and adherence to established procedures WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU • Secondary or higher education in a technical field, ideally with mechanical engineering focus • Technical thinking and ability to understand interconnections in the manufacturing process • Proficient user knowledge of PC work, particularly MS Office, Outlook, and company information systems • Basic economic awareness and orientation in standard business documents • Independence, attention to detail, responsible approach, and good work organization • Ability for active collaboration and communication across the team WHAT WE OFFER YOU • Guaranteed monthly salary of 31,000 - 33,000 Kč depending on education, knowledge, skills, and previous experience.
