Qualifications: complete secondary education with school-leaving examination, health clearance, clean criminal record, active driver's license (vehicle category B), required computer literacy, experience in similar position is welcome. Job Responsibilities: • Management of organization facilities • Submitting requests for repairs and investments to ensure proper functioning of the organization • Communication with suppliers, receiving deliveries and completed work • Management of the organization's vehicle fleet • Ensuring regular maintenance of the organization's technical equipment (including all inspections) • Assessing the condition of the organization's property (purchasing, inventory, disposal) • Maintenance of outdoor areas, particularly pathway accessibility with regard to client safety • Management and compliance with waste management procedures • Addressing issues related to fire safety and occupational health and safety • Performing the role of energy manager for the organization (entering data into the FAMA program) • Monitoring energy consumption in the organization • Monitoring legislation in the field and updating organizational directives accordingly • Collaboration on small-scale public procurement tenders Expected start date January 2027, or by agreement. Place of work: Tyršova 389, Skuteč. Full-time position – 40 h/week – Monday–Friday, flexible working hours. Salary: according to Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll. on remuneration of public service and administration employees, 8th salary grade, salary step according to credited experience (23 470 – 33 710 Kč) + non-tariff salary components.
