At ALS Scandinavia AB in Piteå, we work with sample preparation of mineral samples sent in from customers around the world. We prepare the samples for chemical analysis. Please note that the actual analysis work is not performed on-site in Piteå. About the Role As a sample preparation technician, you are responsible for processing mineral samples through various stages such as: - Sawing - Crushing - Pulverizing - Handling and labeling of samples The goal is to ensure that samples are prepared correctly and meet high quality standards for further analysis. To create variety, development, and a good work environment, we apply daily work rotation between different tasks. You will receive thorough on-site introduction and training with the support of an experienced mentor. We Are Looking for You Who - Are a team player who enjoys collaborating and contributing to a positive work climate - Have a strong focus on safety and quality - Are meticulous, responsible, and work well in a group - Have good references from previous employers - Have reached 18 years of age at the start of employment Previous experience from an industrial or production environment is a merit, but not required.
