Based on this foundation, Timmergården Fastigheter has naturally emerged as a business area within the group, focusing on the development, ownership, and management of commercial properties. Today, we primarily work with retail commerce and shopping centers, while also developing and managing properties connected to the group's operations. About the Role As a Project Developer, you will have a key role in the company's continued development. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving projects from idea to implementation. The work encompasses both strategic land and business development as well as project management of selected projects. Your Main Responsibilities Identify and evaluate land and development opportunities. Build and develop relationships with landowners, municipalities, and partners. Conduct market analyses, budgets, and investment assessments. Participate in negotiations regarding land acquisitions and development agreements. Drive detailed planning and development processes. Coordinate architects, consultants, and other external resources. Be responsible for schedules, finances, and follow-up on assigned projects. Ensure that projects develop in line with the company's business objectives and quality requirements. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with experience in property development, real estate development, or project management within the construction and real estate sector. You have a strong business focus and are driven to create new opportunities and turn ideas into reality. For success in this role, we believe you: Have relevant university education in, for example, real estate economics, civil engineering, surveying, or building technology. Have experience in project development, real estate development, or property development. Have a good understanding of planning processes, real estate law, and project budgeting. Are accustomed to driving matters independently and taking initiative. Are a skilled relationship builder and negotiator. Have a structured working approach and good business acumen.
