Responsibilities and Tasks As a Project Management Specialist, you will be part of a project management office whose task is to create good conditions for efficient project implementation and to support decision-makers in managing the operational investment portfolio. We are responsible, among other things, for knowledge areas related to project management, scheduling and resource planning, risk management, information security, and systems development. Main responsibilities: support program managers and other colleagues in day-to-day project management (scheduling, resource planning, risk management, information management, etc.) as well as with procedures and tools and system matters drive, quality assure, and develop our program and project management methodology within the knowledge areas we are responsible for maintain our program and project management model Requirements Relevant academic education or other education or experience deemed equivalent. Experience with project management in change management, change projects, or business development Strong ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English It is meritorious if you have experience in risk management experience in continuity management certification within PMI (PMP), Prince2, IPMA, or equivalent certification quality assurance of projects experience with ISO experience in program and project management and within our or a related industry We are looking for someone who thrives in a role where you both support others and contribute to development.
