We are now looking for a consultant to join a project support team that works closely with project managers and operations to create structure, ensure monitoring, and contribute to progress in complex projects. About the Role As Project Support, you will be an important part of the project organization with responsibility for supporting project managers and operations in financial and administrative matters. The role has a clear focus on financial monitoring, forecasting, and project administration, while you contribute to creating efficient working methods and processes. You work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues, project managers, and other stakeholders. Your Responsibilities Support project managers in project administrative and financial matters Work with financial monitoring and forecasting Manage invoicing and financial reporting Monitor resource planning and resource forecasts Plan, coordinate, and document meetings and workshops Provide administrative support to the project organization Ensure structure and quality in project monitoring Participate in developing and improving processes, routines, and working methods Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is proactive, positive, and solution-oriented. You have a genuine interest in finance, administration, and project management and are motivated by contributing to both team and project success. You are someone who creates order and structure, while you also find it easy to collaborate and build good relationships. You are comfortable handling multiple tasks in parallel and are used to taking responsibility for your work. We would like to see that you either have experience from similar roles or are relatively newly graduated in, for example, industrial economics and want to develop further within project management and project control.
