Your Responsibilities As a Project Logistics Coordinator, you are responsible for transportation and logistics matters in specific customer projects, from order initiation to delivery. You function as a sub-project manager for logistics and ensure that each delivery is planned and executed according to the project's unique conditions, such as destination, delivery terms, customs handling, and logistics concepts. In this role, you have many contact points, both internally and externally, and collaborate with customers, suppliers, carriers, and freight forwarders. You are also responsible for the financial aspects related to deliveries and work with procurement, purchasing, contracts, and monitoring of transportation costs. Your main responsibilities include: • Lead and coordinate logistics and transportation within your customer projects. • Develop and implement transportation strategies based on project requirements. • Conduct transportation procurement, contract negotiation, and cost monitoring. • Plan and ensure that correct transportation and customs documentation is prepared. • Coordinate and communicate with customers, suppliers, carriers, and internal departments. • Follow up on deliveries and handle any transportation and delivery issues. • Ensure deliveries are made on time, according to customer requirements, and within the project budget. Your Profile We are looking for someone with a structured and solution-oriented approach who thrives in a project-oriented environment where conditions can change rapidly. You are accustomed to taking responsibility for your tasks, prioritizing, and driving processes forward—even when the pace is high. To succeed in this role, we would like you to have: • Relevant higher education and/or several years of qualified experience in logistics, import/export, or freight forwarding. • Experience with international transportation and customs matters. Experience with contract negotiation is a plus. • Experience in project management and coordinating different resources is a plus. • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Additional language skills, such as Spanish, German, or Russian, are a plus. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and preferably experience with SAP. • As a person, you are communicative, flexible, and solution-oriented. You easily build good relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues and feel comfortable in many different contact situations. You remain calm even in pressured situations and can quickly adapt when conditions change. • You are self-driven and take great responsibility for advancing your processes, while also being a responsive team player. Above all, you have a natural drive, good organization in your work, and a desire to develop together with the organization.
