We are now looking for a Project Freight Coordinator for our client in Finspång. Here you'll have a key role in coordinating complex transports and ensuring that deliveries occur according to schedule, budget, and applicable regulations.
About the Role
As a Project Freight Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating transports for customer projects worldwide. You will work closely with project managers, customers, carriers, and internal functions to ensure efficient deliveries.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Planning and coordination of transports
• Development of transport strategies
• Handling of customs issues and export documentation
• Procurement of carriers and transport agreements
• Budget monitoring and cost control
• Collaboration with customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders
• Monitoring of ongoing transports and deviation management
You will be part of a growing freight forwarding department where development opportunities are substantial and where you will work on international projects with high complexity.
We are Looking for You With
• Higher education in logistics, international trade, or supply chain, or alternatively several years of experience in freight forwarding, import/export, or transport logistics
• At least 3 years of experience as a Logistics Project Manager/Transport Coordinator/Sub-project Manager in logistics in larger projects or equivalent experience
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Knowledge of international transports and customs handling

• Experience working with international deliveries
