We're looking for an organizational talent who will bring clear structure to our projects! Would you like to oversee the realization of residential homes from the first sketch to the handover of keys? Do you enjoy communicating and getting things moving? We're looking for a partner for our team who will be the "brain" of the entire project and the main point of contact between the client and the construction team. This isn't about technical site management (that's handled by the site supervisor), but rather about overall project management coordination and smooth project execution. What will be your main mission? - Complete responsibility for projects from the planning phase through final handover of the house to the client. - Coordination of all project participants, connecting the work of architects, cost estimators, and site supervisors. - Primary contact for the client, serving as their expert guide and source of confidence throughout the entire project. - Monitoring milestones and deadlines to ensure smooth sequential execution of all steps without unnecessary delays. - Proactive risk management and early identification of organizational obstacles before they impact project progress. How do we envision you? - You are a natural organizer with the ability to independently and consistently manage multiple projects simultaneously. - You have excellent communication skills for effective communication with both clients and construction professionals. - You understand the process of preparing and executing construction projects and have a systematic approach. - You are an active driver (category B license) with standard user-level computer skills.
