The company has two branches in Ostrava and Žamberk, and due to the volume of projects, we are looking for new colleagues for both locations. Job Responsibilities: - Planning, management, and coordination of projects in the field of energy and bulk material processing technologies - Assembling project plans, budgets, and schedules. - Leading the project team and ensuring effective communication between team members and clients. - Organization of subcontractor activities and production control - Monitoring and evaluating project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets. - Resolving issues that arise and proposing optimization measures. Requirements: - University or secondary education in technical management or related field. - Experience with project management in energy and bulk material processing technologies is a plus. - Knowledge of project methodologies - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure, independence in problem-solving, and effective time management.
