Additional Details: Become a project manager for industrial solar power plants in the PRE group. Energy is changing and we are part of it. PREsolidsun designs and implements photovoltaic power plants and battery storage systems for industrial customers. Each year we implement projects with installed capacities of tens of MW of photovoltaic power plants and tens of MWh of battery storage capacity. We are looking for a project manager to join our 25-member B2B team who will lead project implementation primarily in the Czech Republic. What awaits you: o Leading the implementation of industrial photovoltaic power plants and battery storage systems. o Coordinating designers, construction preparation, installation companies, and suppliers. o Planning schedules and overseeing implementation progress. o Organizing inspection days on construction sites. o Communication with customers from order receipt through successful project handover. o Selection of implementation companies and negotiation of commercial terms. o Quality control of work performed. o Verification of components and technologies used according to project documentation. You will not merely coordinate projects. You will have real decision-making authority and responsibility for your assigned contracts. What projects you will manage: o Rooftop photovoltaic power plants for industrial companies. o Ground-mounted photovoltaic power plants. o Battery storage systems. o Projects for major industrial customers valued at millions to tens of millions of CZK. We are looking for an independent project manager who can manage people, suppliers, and deadlines and is able to take responsibility for entire projects. What we expect: o At least secondary education with a school-leaving certificate (ideally in construction or electrical engineering). o Experience with project management. o Technical thinking. o Ability to organize work and find solutions. o Good communication and negotiation skills. o Independence and responsibility. o Class B driver's license. o Willingness to travel to construction sites primarily within the Czech Republic. It would be an advantage if you have: o Experience in energy or construction. o Knowledge of occupational safety and health on construction sites. o Experience with the Projektově.cz system.
