We are looking for an organized and proactive colleague for the position of Project Coordinator - Retail Private Label. The role will involve coordinating private label product projects, collaborating with new product development, categories, sales teams, procurement and external partners. The position is suitable for candidates with experience in project coordination, ideally in FMCG, food production or private labels.
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate innovation and renovation projects of private label products,
Collaborate with specialized departments to ensure project schedules are met,
Work with the new product development department and organize product tastings,
Support the Culinary Highway process including preparation of initial production trials,
Prepare price quotes and project documentation,
Coordinate product samples for internal and external customers,
Manage the process of preparing labels and graphic materials in collaboration with agencies and procurement,
Maintain and update data in the SAP system and other internal systems,
Participate in market analyses, surveys and activities related to product portfolio.
We require:
Very good organizational and communication skills,
Structured approach to work and attention to detail,
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, projects and stakeholders simultaneously,
Czech language knowledge - essential for communication with local teams,
English language knowledge,
German language knowledge advantageous.
It is advantageous to have experience in project coordination, FMCG, food production or private labels.
Suitable education
Secondary education with diploma or higher education.
Language Requirements
Czech language - active knowledge
English language - communicative knowledge
German language - advantageous
Other Requirements / Knowledge
PC user skills,
Experience with SAP system advantageous,
Experience with project documentation advantageous,
Experience in food industry, FMCG or retail advantageous.
