You're responsible for the technical design and calculation of solar panel systems for both residential homeowners and commercial properties, transforming customer needs into functional and high-performance systems. Your responsibilities include: ✔️ Create drawings and layouts: You design optimal system layouts and string configurations for maximum efficiency and performance. ✔️ Prepare installation documentation: You develop complete installation packages and plan efficient cable routing. ✔️ Calculate snow and wind loads: You prepare snow and wind load reports that guarantee safety and structural integrity in every installation. ✔️ Configure batteries: You set up and calibrate battery systems for optimal operation and energy storage. ✔️ Verify materials: You ensure the correct and complete materials are available on-site before each installation. ✔️ Support colleagues: You serve as the central technical expert within the company and assist the team with complex questions. We're looking for someone who is technically minded, solution-oriented, and thrives working in a structured, fast-paced environment. You're a team player who communicates clearly and contributes to a positive workplace culture.
