Are you an experienced project manager/assignment manager looking to work in a strategic function within our CIO office that is currently being established? Then this could be the role for you. About the position As a project manager/assignment manager, you will drive investigations, feasibility studies, and assignments that contribute to the agency's continued development. The work involves analyzing business needs, investigating technical and organizational prerequisites, and developing decision-making materials for strategic choices. You will coordinate stakeholders from different parts of the organization and ensure that assignments are executed in a structured, efficient, and high-quality manner. In this role, you will work closely with business operations, IT, architects, security functions, and management. You are responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and reporting on assignments, and you will contribute to translating complex issues into concrete recommendations and action plans. About you We are looking for you—an experienced project/assignment manager with the ability to drive complex assignments from idea to delivery. You are analytical, structured, and create engagement among different stakeholders. You work independently but also have strong collaboration skills and build solid relationships. You thrive at the intersection of technology, business development, and strategy, and can switch between the big picture and details. You communicate clearly and present complex information in an educational manner, both verbally and in writing. We are looking for you who have: relevant academic education in, for example, IT, systems science, technology, informatics, or alternatively relevant work experience that we assess as equivalent multiple years of current work experience leading projects, assignments, and investigations in IT multiple years of work experience analyzing business needs and translating them into decision-making materials, recommendations, and feasible activities very strong ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. It is meritorious for the position if you have: work experience in larger organizations or public operations within the field work experience in digitalization within healthcare work experience within CIO functions, IT governance, or portfolio management work experience in agile development and agile working methods.
