As a Project Manager HVAC at Total VVS, you are responsible for the entire project process – from estimation and procurement to follow-up and completion. You will work from the company's office in Arlöv and manage projects in the local area.
Your main responsibilities:
- Lead and drive HVAC projects from start to finish
- Manage budget, estimation, and financial follow-up
- Procurement of materials and coordination of resources
- Monitor hours, progress, and project status
- Handle aftermarket and warranty matters
- Close collaboration with technicians and management
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
- Experience as a project manager within HVAC/plumbing
- Strong financial understanding and experience working with budgets and estimations
- Experience with renovation and ROT projects
- Experience working with work order systems and estimation software
We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, stress-resilient, and unpretentious. You thrive in a day-to-day environment with multiple parallel projects, are positive in your approach, and enjoy working close to operations in a hands-on role.
