At Nordvalvet, project managers, ventilation technicians, HVAC inspectors, control technicians, and installers work together to deliver good solutions to their customers. You will lead your projects from start to finish and maintain ongoing contact with customers, installers, and suppliers. Examples of work tasks include: Plan and lead ventilation projects Responsible for scheduling, procurement, and budget Coordinate installers, technicians, and subcontractors Maintain ongoing contact with customers and suppliers Follow up on projects and ensure work is completed according to plan We are looking for someone who: Has experience in ventilation and good technical understanding Has previous experience in project management, site management, or similar responsibility Holds a valid driver's license (Category B) Speaks and writes Swedish fluently We consider it meritorious if you have experience with renovation/modernization/extension work, estimation, and construction law. As a person, we see that you are responsible, solution-oriented, and well-organized. You enjoy working independently and taking responsibility for your projects while having good collaboration skills with both colleagues and customers.
