As a project manager, you are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on our projects. You are the hub of the project and ensure that work progresses according to schedule, budget, and agreed-upon quality. You work closely with installers, suppliers, and clients and have clear responsibility for the project's finances, production, and progress.
In this role, you will, among other things:
· monitor the project's finances, forecasts, and results
· coordinate installers, suppliers, and subcontractors
· ensure structure and progress in the project
· handle change orders and additional work
· manage ongoing invoicing and financial follow-up
· maintain close dialogue with clients and partners
You drive the projects operationally and have significant influence over both work methods and results.
Who we think you are:
You likely have experience in ventilation, building technology, or a related technical field. You have worked with project management in ventilation contracting and understand the fundamentals of ventilation design. Most important to us is that you want to take responsibility and enjoy working close to production.

· enjoy client contact and building long-term relationships
· have a valid driver's license (B-category)
· are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
