About the Role As a project manager at Sjölins Smide, you are responsible for driving projects through the entire process – from planning and design to production, assembly, and final delivery. You have overall responsibility for ensuring that projects are executed according to set goals for quality, time, and budget, and you function as the connecting link between customers, designers, production, assembly, and suppliers. In the role, you will work on planning and monitoring project schedules and payment plans, ensuring that quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety requirements are met, and coordinating the different parts of the project to create efficient execution. You will also contribute to developing working methods and processes to strengthen the business over time. The position involves regular travel to the projects you are responsible for. When you are not in the field, you will work from the office in Hudiksvall together with the project manager, project engineers, and other project managers. Your Profile Sjölins Smide is looking for someone who is organized, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking responsibility. You have good analytical abilities, work independently, and have an easy time building strong relationships with both customers and colleagues. You are motivated by driving projects forward, have a business-oriented approach, and see the value of collaboration in achieving common goals.
