About the Role As a project manager with us, you work on behalf of clients and drive projects from early stages to completion. You will also work with contractor support, which involves close collaboration with contractors during the production phase to ensure quality, schedule, and budget. The role includes, among other things: Project management for clients in construction and renovation projects Contractor support and ongoing dialogue with contractors on site Monitoring of schedule, finances, and quality throughout the process Close collaboration with property owners, consultants, and contractors Who We're Looking For Civil engineering or higher technical degree in construction/infrastructure 10+ years of professional experience in the industry At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, such as site manager or equivalent, in contractor operations or Project Manager on the client side/consulting firm Comfortable moving between strategic and operational work, from the negotiating table to the construction site Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with both clients and contractors Why Rumsverk?
