About the Operation We are in an expansive period and need to strengthen our organization with a project manager for Regionfastigheter in Dalarna. Regionfastigheter is responsible for Region Dalarna's collective property management, with our mission to offer premises and services to the region's operations based on sustainable societal development. We manage approximately 450,000 square meters of space and lease approximately 120,000 square meters externally. Our largest facilities are our hospitals, but we also manage folk high schools, health centers, and public transportation properties. We develop premises and properties for new and existing tenants through both renovations and new construction, and we now need to strengthen our organization with additional staff as we are in an expansive phase. Responsibilities As a project manager with us, you are responsible for leading projects through all their phases. Your most important tasks are to ensure that projects meet our tenants' needs. You will collaborate with architects, technical consultants, and contractors, and maintain close contact with tenants. This involves finding the best solutions early in projects and then selecting appropriate contractors. You are responsible for completing projects within set timeframes and budgets while maintaining expected quality. You will be supported by a competent and well-coordinated organization with property managers, project managers, space planners, technical specialists, and administrative support. We also collaborate with colleagues from other regions through several networks in which we are engaged. Qualifications Requirements - Ability to independently and in groups drive projects - Relevant experience in project management - Experience in participating in and directing project group work - University degree or equivalent - Good knowledge of laws, regulations, and standards in the field - Good administrative skills - Ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing - Driver's license (Category B) is required for this position as projects will be active throughout the region. Merits - Several years of experience as a project manager - Experience with different types of projects within the industry - Specialist expertise in one or more areas, such as technical, sustainability, or design Personal Qualities As a person, you are outgoing and have an easy time collaborating and building good relationships with both colleagues and customers. You are a good negotiator, calm, methodical, and analytical. At the same time, you have high drive and are stress-resilient.
