Safety always comes first at Vattenfall Services, and together we create Sweden's safest workplace! As a Project Manager, you will work with projects for complete solutions within Local Grid. You will primarily work from your office but will also be on-site. The work is independent but at the same time requires a strong focus on collaboration and communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Some of your main responsibilities: - Responsibility for business planning and project implementation through work management and coordination - Inform and report on project status to the client - Take responsibility for the financial outcome of projects and manage closures and financial follow-up - Participate in construction meetings and negotiations with the customer - Actively contribute to creating Sweden's safest workplace together Travel is a natural part of working as a Project Manager. For those working on projects, occasional travel over longer distances with overnight stays may be required. Job Requirements As a Project Manager with us, you will be the primary contact for technicians for the work performed in the field. Leadership is a large part of everyday work, and therefore we are looking for someone with a problem-solving and coaching approach. Beyond leadership, a large part of the work is independently driving projects forward. We are therefore looking for someone who wants to take responsibility and who has a strong commitment to your assignments. You are motivated by offering service and quality to your colleagues and customers, you act commercially with good entrepreneurship, and you would never let profitability come before safety. But we would like to see that you already have: - Completed upper secondary education or higher, preferably in electrical, power, construction, or civil engineering or another relevant field - Professional experience in work management or project management - Professional experience in electrical or power engineering, or general electrical knowledge is meritorious - Experience from the contracting industry is meritorious - Computer skills (Office package) - B-class driving license, as travel is part of the job - Good knowledge of Swedish language, both spoken and written.
