YOUR DAY-TO-DAY As a Project Manager in the electrical grid sector, you will lead and drive projects ranging from substation and grid projects to more comprehensive projects where several technical areas collaborate. You work closely with both internal specialists and external stakeholders and have a key role in creating robust and sustainable solutions for future power supply. You are responsible for the entire project journey, from early development, technical documentation, and procurement to implementation, delivery, and handover to operations. You quickly create an overview, develop the right documentation, and translate technical requirements into clear and executable assignments. Through site visits and your own measurements, you ensure quality in both technology and execution. You keep the project team together, distribute work tasks, and drive work forward, even when the pace is high. In this role, you function as the hub in dialogue with clients, customers, and technical specialists. Examples of work tasks: Drive projects in distribution substations and grid facilities from early development to operational facilities Develop technical documentation, create overview, and translate complex technical requirements into clear assignments Plan, follow up, and quality assure schedules, budgets, risks, and deliveries Conduct site visits and own measurements and ensure quality in both technology and execution Lead and coordinate the project team, distribute work tasks, and be the hub in dialogue with clients, customers, and technical specialists The position involves placement at Lidköping Miljö och Teknik if you are not already placed there. We are looking for someone who is technically skilled, confident in the project manager role, and experienced in working in complex project environments. You thrive when you can combine structure, technology, and collaboration, and you are driven by delivering projects with high quality and long-term sustainability. As a person, you are attentive, communicative, and solution-oriented, and you willingly take responsibility both for the direction of projects and for good collaboration within the project team. You have a technical education at college/university level, or equivalent experience, preferably in electrical power, energy, automation, infrastructure, or process. You have documented experience in project management in distribution substations or similar technically advanced environments and are used to planning your own day, driving multiple work streams in parallel, and delivering projects where technology, time, and quality are decisive. We are looking for you who have: technical education at college/university level or equivalent experience experience with project management in distribution substations or other technically complex projects background from electrical distribution, transmission, industry, power generation, infrastructure, or similar technical environment very good communication skills in Swedish and English a B-class driver's license Meritorious are experience with project management in electrical grids up to 130 kV, procurement according to AB04/ABT06, and roles with client or facility responsibility. Background in planning or operations is also valuable, as is knowledge of transformer and switchgear systems, control facilities, and power generation such as wind, hydro, or solar power.
