Job Information: In your role as project manager, your work is characterized by structure and delivery. This position is part of our staffing services, which means you are employed by Sodajo and work as a consultant for our client. As a project manager in lighting, you are responsible for the entire project process from the early stages where you contribute with everything from technical solutions and planning to implementation and delivery of lighting installations for both existing and new customers. You drive projects in areas such as roads, parks, and tunnels in public environments, with a focus on quality, function, and sustainability. The role combines technical work with a strong project and business focus, where you coordinate resources, timelines, and deliveries. You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner to ensure efficient and feasible projects. Key Responsibilities: - Overall responsibility for driving technical projects, including planning, management, budgeting, and implementation, as well as direct leadership and coordination of technicians working in the field - Ongoing contact and communication with external parties, including companies, authorities, and other key stakeholders, to coordinate and report on project status and compliance - Ensure that project goals, timelines, and budgets are met through structured follow-up and documentation - Ensure that quality and environmental requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle in accordance with applicable regulations and governing documents We are looking for you who: - Have experience in project management and a good understanding of contracting operations, preferably within construction, civil engineering, electrical distribution, or related technical fields. - Have a strong technical interest and good technical understanding. - Are accustomed to working with multiple contact points and stakeholders. - Hold a valid driver's license (category B). - Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
